All products include free shipping 14-90 business days and installation figured into the price already.

How Delivery Works

Many of our products are large, heavy, and delivered by contractors who work for the manufacturers and/or delivered with an installation crew. Delivery timelines vary by product type, size and your location. The building price is fixed as shown. However, additional local requirements (like specific snow-load engineering or local permits) may be required by your county.

Estimated Timelines

Lead times are first come first processed, Order processing takes 1-3 business days, Most delivery times are 2-6 weeks and for buildings over 30 foot wide are 8-16 weeks .
After ordering, we will confirm an estimated delivery & installation window using the contact information you provide.
Weather can push back delivery and installation, access conditions, permitting, and scheduling availability may affect timelines.

Delivery Address & Site Access

You are responsible for ensuring:

The delivery address is correct and reachable by delivery vehicles.
There is adequate access and clearance for trucks and equipment. 2 Foot all the way around the building area and the truck can get within 100 feet of the area for the building.
That any overhead or below ground power lines are marked for safety.
The site is prepared and safe for delivery and installation.

Site Preparation

Proper site prep is required for a successful installation.

Depending on your building and local requirements

This may include a level surface, gravel pad, concrete slab.

Drainage considerations taken care of when doing the dirt work and meeting local codes.

You must get all permits needed.

Permits & Codes

Permits and inspections (if required) are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

Local code requirements vary by area and structure, please call your local planning office for details.

Rescheduling & Failed Delivery/Install Attempts

If delivery/installation cannot be completed due to site conditions, access issues, incorrect address information, or customer unavailability, additional fees may apply to reschedule.
