- No credit check for rent to own.
- You must have a valid Drivers License or State issued ID
- You must have 2 references that can vouch for you, Give there names and phone numbers
- You must have a social security Number and be a legal resident of the United States of America.
- You will have to sign documents agreeing to the terms of Heartlands Rent to own Agreement.
- Payment plans are from 24 months up to 72 months
- Concrete can NOT be done on rent to own.
- Max amount of $15,000 USD per customer for rent to own for Heartland Financing.
- Max amount for RTO is $30,000 USD per customer on Rent to own terms for RTO Financing
