You must have 2 references that can vouch for you, Give there names and phone numbers
You must have a social security Number and be a legal resident of the United States of America.
You will have to sign documents agreeing to the terms of Heartlands Rent to own Agreement.
Payment plans are from 24 months up to 72 months
Concrete can NOT be done on rent to own.
Max amount of $15,000 USD per customer for rent to own for Heartland Financing.
Max amount for RTO is $30,000 USD per customer on Rent to own terms for RTO Financing
