Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation Because our metal buildings are custom-engineered and made-to-order, we offer a 48-hour grace period from the time of your initial deposit.
- Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund of your deposit.
- After 48 Hours: Your order enters the engineering, drafting, and scheduling phase with our manufacturing partners. At this point, the deposit becomes non-refundable to cover these initial fabrication and administrative costs.

2. Returns Policy
No Returns on Installed Structures Due to the custom manufacturing and permanent installation nature of steel structures, we do not accept returns once the building materials have been delivered or installed on your property. All sales are final upon delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items If any components are found to be defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery:
- We Will Fix It: Metal Buildings Installed will replace or repair those specific parts at no additional cost to you.
- Resolution Timeline: Issues are typically resolved prior to or during the installation process to ensure your building meets our quality standards.
3. Changes to Orders
Modification Request Window If you need to change your order details (e.g., size, colors, doors, windows), please notify us immediately.
- Pre-Production: Changes are often possible without penalty if the manufacturing process has not begun.
- In-Production: If your building has already entered the fabrication stage, changes may incur additional material or engineering fees. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once metal has been cut.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay your order support and processing.
