Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final / No Returns

Due to the nature of our products (often custom-fabricated and/or installed to order), we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 14 days of the order date, only if fabrication/production has not started and materials have not been allocated or ordered specifically for your job.

• If eligible, we will refund the amount paid minus any non-refundable payment processing fees and any documented costs already incurred.
• If fabrication/production has started (or custom materials have been ordered/allocated), the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay support and can result in the suspension of services related to the order while the dispute is investigated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is delivered with damage or there is an order discrepancy, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos when possible) so we can coordinate with the appropriate party to address the issue.
